Amar Nath Group of Educationl Institutions started, as a school in the year 1961 by Amar Nath Ashram Trust- is mainly the efforts of Sri Anand Mohan Vajpeyi , an educationist. In 1975 school gets the blessings of "The Mother" and it was a turning point of the progress of the school.

The group started expanding by opening up "Amar Nath Girls Degree College" in the School Campus. The college offers some of the best academic resources for excellence in B.A, B.Com., B.Sc., M.Com., M.A.(English), M.A.(Drawing & Painting) & B.Ed., be it by way of faculty, infrastructure, library and computer. It is our Endeavour to enhance their potentialities to greater heights. The college stands heads and shoulders above the rest because of its dedicated, highly motivated faculties all chosen with care.

The college is a blending of Ancient Indian Culture with modern scientific education and has novel educational philosophy developed by its founder Sri Anand Mohan Vajpeyi. Its aim to work for all round development of students and is designed to be a residential College of Girls.
